CSV files

I was looking at the WAWEditor for the scen and save files. I came across the CSV file dump option. I assume that these file dumps are useful in some way.

I was wondering if it was possible to take a CSV file and to then place its contents into a different WAW scen/save game file?

I was looking at the WAWEditor for the scen and save files. I came across the CSV file dump option. I assume that these file dumps are useful in some way.It dumps all the unit, formation and equipment data into CSV format so you can view it in an Excel spreadsheet. You will get each Nation(OOB) in 3 CSV files. I use them for developing Combat Campaigns and for creating COCAT equipment files.
I was wondering if it was possible to take a CSV file and to then place its contents into a different WAW scen/save game file?Not possible AFAIK.
