COW scenario trouble

I have recently bought COW. But when i try to ope the scenarios included in the game I get the message: attempt to update scnario? When I click yes the scenario starts but with an all green map and no units. The scenario info is OK. What is wrong?

You're opening the scenario editor, not the game. Is that your intention? What are you trying to do? Play the game, or design/modify scenarios?

I am trying to play the game and I can play some of the scenarios but not others. I have downloaded patch 1.06, with no effect.

Make sure you are loading this (http://www.warfarehq.com/TOAW/CoW106full.exe) patch. It is the full version of 1.06.

So if you just got the game, you should have started at 1.00 and then applied the 1.06 full patch (NOT the patch with two files in it).

I should definitely make that clear on the downloads section.
