This is probably more appropriate for Talonsoft tech support but I thought I'd try here before getting myself into that (their tech support "message board" hasn't been updated in two years).
I ran TOAW once with the nointro flag set to speed up loading, and it seemed to work fine. The second time I ran it, however, something broke. Combat races by without pausing or giving me any reports (oddly like the effect nodelay produces). Obviously this is a bit of a problem. Running from the shortcut without the nointro switch (and with no other command line options) has no effect, nor does running the executable directly - TOAW still skips the intro and combat still runs at light speed.
I haven't changed any other settings (not that there are all that many in TOAW). Any idea what could be causing this, or how to fix it?
