Gotta ask what it is for myself and anyone else that ambles on by. I know its a really good Naval Simulation but can anyone usher me to sites about it and maybe places to get it?

A quick search on Google should be able to give you all these sites.

There are also a wide variety of user fan sites (the ScenShare guys being one of them). The two I listed above (aside from AGSI) are considered by AGSI as official for the purposes of technical support and game purchase. AGSI being the company that develops and releases Harpoon III and Harpoon Classic.

Subsim and SimHQ also have sections for Harpoon. SubSim under it's 'Classic Naval Games' section of it's forum and SimHQ under it's 'Harpoon' section.

Files of ScenShare (FoSS) / ScenShare (ScS) is a user fan site and an ideal place to discuss scenarios for all Harpoon versions. Their link is here:

There are also a wide variety of user fan sites (the SS guys being one of them).

I don't know anyone in the Harpoon community who would want to be known as the "SS guys", for obvious reasons. :)
