Briefing: After a massive UN assault on the zone the Rebel Forces were overrun. This leaves your team blind as to what is going on there. Its time to do a little recon and see what the UN is up to.

Mission: Scout the main road running through the zone to locate and report on UN Forces operating in the area. Engage as a last resort and only if the opportunity presents itself to inflict casualties without risk to your own forces.

UK troops were ambushed and they lost a motor squad and a Warrior. We lost a truck and suffered some casualties attempting to flank the enemy. I feel we may be able to cause some losses to our enemy in this battle.

We lost a 2nd truck and some casualties, but managed to take out another Warrior and pin a few units down. The enemy has a Hind helicopter, so we may be at a slight disadvantage, but I feel we can still win this battle.

Their Hind E took out two of our T-54's. All went quiet after the attacks. We are looking to make contact again.

better to get out of there, you have no chance against a Hind. Can you give us a screenshot, so we can picture what is going on?

Lost another T-54 to the Hind E. We took some casualties to Warriors, another APC, and small arms fire. We inflicted casualties to some UN Squads. The situation is real dire with the helo support that the UN has. I am trying to conduct a fighting withdrawal. The may cut us off with their speed. (Not sure how to take screenshots).

They are lighting us up and covering our avenues of escape. We are starting a strategic withdrawal of the area. Hope we can make it with that damn Hind E circling the area :(

The situation appears grim. The UN has too much mobility. We are attempting to flee, but we can feel the escape routes closing.

After an initial success in ambushing a UN column things quickly got ugly for the Rebel forces in the zone. UN forces backed up by a Hind helicopter and heavy APC support finally managed to turn the tables against the Rebels.
Rebel losses included;

7th Rebel Infantry Company
...x9 Rebel Squad
...x2 Truck
2nd Tank Platoon
...x4 T-54A

United Nation Forces still control the zone!
