Updated Scenario Posted

For those interested in non-traditional scenarios, in the Warfare HQ scenario archive I have posted an update to the War of the Ring scenario. Most changes are designed to provide a more balanced game as played from the Sauron/Saruman side. Would also like to acknowledge all of the help, time and comments SkyVon has offered to this project.
