Introducing the new Harpoon staff members

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the first member of the Warfare HQ Harpoon staff: Herman Hum. While the Harpoon section of the main WHQ webpage is still under construction, expect good things there soon. We have also added Harppon support to our file archives section. Enjoy!
