I would just like to say that there are no absolute rules about how to write a good AAR. Some are very detailed while others just hit the highlights. These AARs can be a powerful tool to help new players learn the system and they can help more experienced players refine their tactics. I hope we will see some material here soon.
Here are some additional tips and thoughts for writing AARs: http://www.warfarehq.com/page_left_column.php?content=article_disp&p=2&page=1&cat=1

Folks,
If you have the chance, please send in a quick AAR. All the designers that I talk to tell me that AARs are always appreciated. Even a short "Thank You" is very helpful. If you want want more scenarios, the best way to motivate a designer, IMO, is to give him a little feedback. They spend hours and hours creating and testing to share their work with the community while never asking for anything in return.
Cheers,
Herman
P.s. Personally, I will take any and all feedback. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Don't be afraid to express your opinion with me even if you don't like my offerings. I may not agree with you but I will always listen and appreciate the effort you made to give me feedback. :D

If you write AARs for scenarios, we suggest you post your After-Action Reports to any or all of these excellent sites so scenario authors and your fellow Harpoon players can read and enjoy them:
