Are you active at the ACWGC?
I said, yes, as a Yank, although in truth I just joined today. Still trying to figure out exactly how the ACWGC site (http://www.wargame.ch/wc/acw/ACWmainpage.htm) works. Is there a listing of games played somewhere?
I've been in that club since '98 and have had some very good experiances. If you just joined as a Yank they will be sending you to the War College, so you will be getting some personalized instruction.
However, the games supported are all of John Tiller's Civil War games from both Talonsoft & HPS
BG Gettysburg
BG Antietam
BG Shiloh
BG Bull Run
BG Chickamauga
Camp. Corinth
Camp. Ozark
Camp. Franklin
Camp. Gettysburg
Personally I only play the Campaign games now. Here's links to check out the details on the HPS games, which has more info than the main product pages on the HPS site:

I've been playing there since 2000 or 2001, I forget now days. Right now I'm serving as the Union Chief of the Armies. It is a fun place to play, especially if you want to do some role playing as you go.
