Hi, sorry to all my current opponents but i appear to be having problems downloading anything via Outlook Express, hence you getting no turns back. If anybody has any advice/help, i would be grateful. I have Windows XP, with OE ver 6, and with the XP patch 2 installed. I had no problems up until yesterday.

cheers
Robert

I have a suggestion....stop using OE! :D

There are much better options out there.

Cheers,
Ray

Well Thunderbird absolutly blows OE away. It doesn't need to be updated because of security holes found in it. It keeps all your different email addresses on the screen so you don't have to switch identities if you have multiple accounts like I do. It doesn't try and block you from trying to access your attachments because it thinks they are a virus....shall I go on? There really is no comparison as far as I'm concerned. Of course I've been using the Mozilla family of programs for a few years now, and I find them much more user freindly. The new Firefox browser is the best they have made yet. Why is it IE still doesn't have tabbed browsing? Whenever I get on someone else's computer and all they have is IE, it drives me nuts to have to open a link "in a new window" when I want to also keep the page I am on open. I'm starting to go on a rant. :blab: I had better stop.

It wouldn't hurt to just stop by the Mozilla site (http://www.mozilla.org) and give Thunderbird a try. It doesn't take up much room.

Cheers,
Ray
