TOAW Elite Edition on Windows XP

Quick and dirty definitive answer ... will TOAW EE run on Windows XP? I cannot get it to work. Anyone else with better luck?

Have you set the program to run in 9x compat mode? If that doesn't do the trick, you're probably sunk.

I'll give that a try. I think my big mistake was spending $10 plus shipping on TOAW EE instead of just getting COW. That seems to be what active players are using these days.

If you can find CoW, you'd be well served to just grab it. Especially now that Norm is working on new patches for us!

i'm a newbie that just bought TOAWII elite for windows XP and it runs, but i can't get it to call up saved games.
