How do the turret kill odds work? Is a vehicle killed differently with a turret hit vs. hull hit? Does having all weapons zeroed out for turret kill-odds increase a vehicles survival rate?

Turret Kill odds are not implemented in the game,...yet. It is a capability to have a firepower kill/turret capabilities kill instead of a complete kill. Pat can expound if he likes. Maybe it will be implemented in AATF?! ;)
