Has anyone ever taken out the UK in a EA game? In my game against SkyVon I have decided to try Operation 'Sealion' against the UK. So far I have 5 Infantry corp, 3 HQ units, 1 marine div, and 2 paratrooper brigades in 4 hex around the Southampton area.

For those who have successfully completed 'Sealion' how many corp did you end up shipping to the UK? How long did it take to get the victory?

Also what about armour? Is it worth a turn of shipping to send over 1/3 of a panzer corp?

I would have to think, that now that you are fighting a three front war, the UK option will not go the way you planned. Soon enough, the Russians will be taking up all your attention. And can the Germans afford to lose all those units in NA now that they cannot be reinforced?

Unfortuantely, this game cannot model the severe effect a war like this would have on Axis supply. If it could, the UK option would only have been a pipe dream.

It's been a nice side show though :)

Something to consider, now that I think of it, is the over abundance of axis supply in England. Should it be this great with FOUR different supply sources? Would another one of those ugly (but necessary) supply roads from France be better suited here?

England has so many supply points so the Allied player can't stack each hex with too strong of a force.

That makes sense..perhaps then there could be a supply road from France to the main ports?
