Shoot and Scoot?

I traded for CMBB but didn't get a manual. Can someone tell me how the the shoot & scoot works?

Click once for the position you want your armour to go to, click again elsewhere for the retreat position.

Your Tank/AFV will advance to the first position, attempt to acquire a target, fire once if it does find one, and then reverse and withdraw to position 2.
