I just tried a little experiment, a PBEM game with "myself" to determine how big the E-mails are likely to be in a 5,000 point pure-armour battle.
Wow - 3.46 MB for the first minute of action!
I'm hoping this won't be too much of a problem but...(for the uninitiated amongst you, I'm restricted to dial-up, I NEVER get a connection speed higher than 33.3kps, and to top it all I have a "noisy" 'phone line that my telecom company refuses to care about, let along help me with. I often have evenings of hell where I am regularly disconnected every ten minutes - no exaggeration)...anyway, I'm toying with the idea of reducing my battle to 3,000 points for this reason alone. Simply to cut down on the file size.
