OK, I'm stuck on the entanglement level at Nova Prospect (sp.) Prison where Alex (sp.) tells you that Combine soldiers are incoming and that you need to set up the three automated gun turrets for defense. Problem is I don't know where/how to setup my defense because I keep getting overrun by teh combine soldiers and manhackers!
Any help on how to better setup my defense would be appreciated!
thanks!

I can't assist in any way, so sorry if I'm getting your hopes up by replying. :D
This is a semi-serious suggestion, but how about we have a sub-forum for things like this?

It works well...almost too well :D.
SPOILER!
Remember to put the turrets on the two nearest wells on either side of you.

btw...this is the second use of the sentry guns (SG) on this level. I'll post a screenie of the area.
So far I've only found vague tips...place your SGs to cover the area where the soldiers enter (duh! lol), don't lose too much health and armor (??), etc. maybe this is so tough that there isn't a specific defense that will work.

Yeah, I think we know what you are talking about. It is the part with the 4 turret wells, with only 3 turrets. It is a little room with outlets into a bigger room.
Just ask, and Ivan will send you the ultimate solution :D.

Ohhhhhhhhh boy, yes it will. I think it is about a 40 hour game in all (beating both sides).

right on! After posting this thread I realized there was an earlier spot where you had two SGs to setup to defend the office room in between the two staircases.
Man, how do you and Ivan finish games so quickly!? I guess i'm a pretty lame gamer! ha ha on the plus side whenever they say a game has a 10 hour campaign I can expect 40 hours of personal playing time!
OK, just read your message, Ivan, and sent you a reply IM. Thanks for the tip! You, or whomever figured this out, is a genius! I owe you and Gobeavs a beer (or a drink of your choice)! :toast:

Someone PM me what it is... I'm curious (if it's the same thing I did).

Ivan gets all the credit here.
