Hey Jens, as Dr. S said, welcome to the forums! As far as easter eggs go...I haven't heard of any for Call of Duty. The gameplay in Call of Duty is mostly scripted and there isn't much free-roaming, so there isn't really many places to put easter eggs....bottom line - I haven't found or heard of any, so I doubt they are out there.

Hope you enjoyed CoD!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Found these boards while looking for a printed magazine on wargaming. ACG looks very promising to me. I think I will give it a try. BTW is there some kind of CD included with the magazine?

No CDs I'm afraid, but you can get free downloads of certain games that tie-in with specific issues of ACG.

Here's a link to the ACG Game Centre (http://armchairgeneral.com/history_interactive.php). You'll find the latest CoD report by one Ross Hansen in here (that's Gobeavs incidentally) and there are some more of those in the Video Games article listing here (http://armchairgeneral.com/page_left_column.php?content=article_index&use_cat_id=21).

Have fun!

ACG is a great magazine. Although it is more focused on military history, the community here is awesome and has a very devoted wargaming contingent.

Don't get me wrong though, ACG is great for wargaming too...evidenced by the fact that "Brothers in Arms" was on the cover last issue.

As the Good Doc. and Beaves said welcome aboard! You will learn more than you will ever know! As far as Easter Eggs, no, there are none. Unlike Return to Castle Wolfenstien which had them. Check out www.planetcallofduty.com great site dedicated to COD.

There is one I found in COD:UO in the American map where you need to take the crossroads at the start of the game you see two guys Pvt's Gordon and Freeman who is the guy you play in the Half-Life games

Yeah its things like those that are easter eggs in the CoD games. Mainly its the little events on the battlefield that go unnoticed because of all the action that has your attention.
