Formation Orders

I'd like to make a series of events that changes the formation orders of most of the formations for one of the sides, however, the event editor dosen't seem to let me change formation stance and loss tolerance. I can select the 'change formations orders' event, and change the formation that the event will apply to, but not the actual orders. I can use and apply the change formation orders perfectly fine in any other scenario file, just not the one I'm working on! Is there something I'm missing? Is there some kind of prerequisite for being able to fully use the formation orders event?

Strange. Haven't seen that problem ever, unless they are orders that only apply to the PO and you are hotseating to test the scenario.
