Biggest European Map?

I'm looking to adapt a European map into a campaign scenario for the Napoleonic Wars. What existing COW map of Europe showing from Lisbon to Moscow is the largest, most detailed?

I'm looking for land forms and Rivers. I expect to have to delete railroads and revise place names, but I would like to skip the drawing phase.

Here's a 25km map I did for a scenario I've been playing with for awhile. It's based on GDW's Europa boardgames. The borders are out of whack because the scenario was based on WW2 ending in a draw.

Is this going to be a scenario covering the Napoleonic Wars similar to EA? If so I would definitely like to playtest it when you are ready.

Have you looked at Stauffenberg's WW1 scen. IIRC, I think it's 15kilometers per hex and covers all of Europe. Also Egypt so you could do the pyramids.
