Back in the CMBB game thanks to SP2!

Finally got CMBB running on my comp after patching with Service Pack 2!

There is an old scenario I submitted last winter (my first and only to date! ha ha). Any reviews would be greatly appreciated! The Scenario depot shows 197 downloads of the battlefrom the Scenario depot but no reviews.


The battle is titled "Assault Guns Forward."

For some reason you will find very few "comments" left for any designed scenario no matter how many downloads there are. That and for another strange reason no one reports endgames for them either. :(

Yeah, after I read your post I looked around SD and even the battle with several reviews have hundreds of downloads! very odd...folks probably download battles and by the time they get aorund to playing them they forgot that they came from the SD.

I'm sure I am guilty of this oversight, too!

I do try to play through our members scenarios...so I will try to put this on my agenda for the near future. I had an almost catastrophic melt down of my C drive this weekend and will be recovering from it over this next week I suspect. I will let you know what I think just a soon as I can :nuts:!

yeah, thanks! any constructive criticism is appreciated! Please remember I am a "conscript" when it comes to CMBB and this is my first battle design! :nuts:

I think this is a human factors issue. You have to have a separate log in for the file archives section. Even if you have the same log in name, it's still separate so one has to log in to the file archives, post your message, switch back to the war-forums and log in using your war-forums' login. Annoying quirk and a barrier to people providing scenario feedback.

I started this last night Patrocles. Germans vs Russian AI w/ +1 bonus. A tough fight so far as of turn 14. I have one Stu G left. And my infantry are having a tough time righ at the moment.
