We've suggested (in the Full Briefing) that they be restricted to the Balkans and the USSR. Hitler had a lot of diplomatic trouble balancing his Eastern European allies' territorial demands against the neutrals and indeed each other. We don't really cover this in any detail in the scenario. IMHO an Axis Poland - I assume you're looking at an 'Eastern Crusade' game - would bitterly have resented Hungarian or Rumanian troops occupying its territory, and if you're not playing an EC game I don't think that the Germans would have encouraged them to cross the Reich to get at the Poles, when the Germans could handle the latter by themselves.

I think some players take the view that once you've got 'em you may as well use them wherever you like. It's a similar issue to 'Can the Soviets ship troops to the UK?'

OK then I won't move them there. The idea was to put them into occupied Poland for the attack on the USSR in a 'normal' game.
