I'm sure this is quite obvious to many people, but I thought that I'd post this tidbit for those of you who may not have discovered it yet.
When doing those annoying turns where you have either hordes of naval movement, or are rebasing 30 air units, railing 40 units to the front, etc, I've found it incredibly useful to press the I key (for invisible units) just before doing the move. Instead of watching that string of 9 infantry units move 100 hexes by rail, hex by hex, unit by unit, they move there instantly. The only slow down at all is how fast your computer can move from screen to screen on the map. (Mine does it damned fast!)
I pop the screen magnification out to the max, and then just tap 'I' on and off when doing these moves; it shaves alot of time off my turns!
Hope someone can get some benefit out of this!
