Slight Problem

I went and got a new computer with XP installed and the problem is that After putting COW on this new one i can't seem to find both ICD files to delete so i can run the1.4 patch.The Opart CW ICD file is showing,though not the one for Opart 300 CW ICD.I've tried reinstalling the game several times and still the same thing,any ideas on whats going on?Any help is much appreciated.

Do yourself a favor and run with the no-cd crack. It makes the ICD files redundant, saves your cd, and prolongs the life of your drive.:)

Well ain't this a *****,seems part of the problem i had in running the game was running it in Compatablity Mode!? I'm running it under XP and its working better,go figure huh:surprise:

Still doesn't explain the missing .ICD file,though at least now its not asking me to send an error report to big brother.

The ICD Files don't get created until you go to play the first time I believe. So if you just installed the game, you won't have them until you run it for the first time. Hope this helps.

Yeah i did run the game after installing each time,just to make sure it was running right.Though now that explains the error messages i was recieving after closing the game.I'm still getting used to this OS,so maybe i screwed something up on my end.
