Probably exactly what's listed in that link. I imagine that while the Soviets wouldn't have built any new ships, they cerainly wouldn't have reduced the size of the fleet responcible for the vital lend-lease port of Vladivostok.

Two things-
The Russians weren't at war in the Pacific and could hardly deploy anything away from there without great difficulty.
The Russians were (to say the least) very hard-pressed in Europe between 1941 and 1943 and would be unlikely to be spending on new warships in what was, for them, a peaceful Ocean. There WERE two Heavy Cruisers (Kalinin, Kaganovich) under construction on the Pacific in June 1941. See if you can find a record of these ships in service.

The 1942-3 OOB probably bears a striking resemblance to the 1941 OOB.
