Is this Armageddon 2000 (As opposed to 2006) by ? If so, would you happen to have (original?) author's name and E-Mail?

Unfortunately, as I stated on the post for the scenario, I could not find the original author's name anywhere in the Armaggedon 2000 scenario. I know that it was based off of War in Europe 93 by Patrick Feyret.
