Gents,

When you get your copy of Raging Tiger, we need help tracking down a bug. A user has reported problems with the scenario, "Where'd They Come From?". Aparently the map is prompting for a file.

If you are experiencing this, please let us know by sending an e-mail to

techsupport@prosimco.com

Thanks in advance the help. Enjoy the game! :cheeky:

I sent you an email on this several days ago- I guess you didn't get it. The scenario is being pointed to the wrong contour.bmp file. The correct file is in the data folder, the scenario just needs to be washed through the editor to point it to the correct file.

Hub,

YOU'RE the "a user" I'm talkin about :)

I am just unable to re-create the bug.

The scenario starts up fine for me, and works as it should, until you go to View Options and select Contour Map. It stays on the Colour Map view. When you look in the scenario editor, the contour map .bmp file is b-numeric-something-or-other (I'm at work right now, can't remember it), not Where_They_Contour.bmp (or whatever- it is in the Data folder). It's an easy fix to run the scenario through the editor and insert the correct contour file name, as long as you're familiar with the editor, but many people may not be, which is why I mentioned this problem.

I found it, Hub. The ".map" file is pointing to 2 files that were removed (the original contour and .emp files) I have the problem fixed on my developer-version, and I'm just waiting for guidance from Pat on whether to release it as an immediate fix or hold-off for a larger update.

Thanks for your help, Hub!!

Sorry I just got to this, but I'm having the same problem. Can't get the contour map on this scenario. Sounds like you have the fix already, but thought I'd check in and let you know.

Take care,
Brian
